- Only callers who disclose their phone number may use this service. If dialing without releasing the mobile phone number, or if calling from a phone other than a mobile phone, you will still be charged for the domestic rate. we are sorry that no refunds can be provided in such cases.
- If the international line is congested and you are unable to connect, you are still required to pay your mobile phone company for domestic rates.
- "Easy Dial" cannot be used from mobile phone free calls.
- The charges start right after the announcement by Navidial.
- At peak times, there is a time limit per call. However, you can call back as many times as you want.
- The destinations available with this service may be changed without notice.
